In keeping with the tradition of the first MTFOA Banquet held in 1946, we gather in a casual setting to visit, share stories over dinner and hear from our guest speaker.

Evening activities:

Annual awards presentation
MTFOA Hall of Fame induction
Guest speaker
Cash prize drawing (tickets sold at the door; last year’s first prize was $400)
Door prize drawing — everyone is encouraged to bring a door prize

Menu: Deluxe club house buffet — pulled BBQ pork, fried chicken, cole slaw, homemade potato chips, 4-bean bake, buns, pickles, onions, and freshly baked cookies and bars.

All officials have paid for the banquet in their dues.

The banquet gives you meeting credit for a date if you need it, but you must sign in at the door to receive it.

The banquet is for officials only. No spouses, guests or friends, please.

Two Member-at-Large seats are open on the MTFOA Board. Any active member may nominate up to two different officials. Nominations are accepted through the conclusion of the October 14 meeting; winners will be announced at the banquet.

Each official may be nominated only once. If someone you search for has already been nominated, you will not be able to nominate them again — pick someone else instead.

Before you nominate someone, please consider checking with them first. It is not required, but serving on the Board takes a time commitment during the off-season.
